Can you move my TikTok Shop buyers to my store?
No. TikTok Shop doesn't allow sellers to steer buyers off the platform, including coupon cards or QR codes in the box. We don't do that. Owned customers come from your site, your ads and your flows. What we do instead is catch the TikTok halo: the shoppers who see you on TikTok and come looking for your store.
